Balezin, Sergey Leonidovich
After his graduation from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute he had been working as a research scientist at the Research Institute of Occupational Hygiene and Occupational Diseases where he had been conducting scientific researches in the field of theoretical and experimental toxicology and defended his Ph.D. thesis.
From 1990 till 1994 he had been working on the issues of reproductive toxicology and male infertility at the Ural Research Institute for Maternal and Infant Health.
1991 - Residency training course in clinical embryology at Bourn-Hall Clinic (Great Britain), which pioneered the birth of a baby due to in vitro fertilization technology.
Since 1994 he has been working at Medical Center “Partus”, in 2000 he became the Director of Clinical Embryology Laboratory at CFM.
During the period of his work in the field of ART he had done a number of residency training courses at a number of clinics in Russia and abroad.
A regular participant in conferences in the field of ART, a member of ESHRE, RAHR (Russian Association for Human Reproduction) and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), author of over 70 scientific papers and publications
